I recently adopted a senior dog who needed extensive dental work as well as a cyst removal. And all of this happened during our social distancing period, so very unusual circumstances for sure! That being said, everything has gone smoothly- making appointments, medical care, communication and instructions. The staff seem to be very professional, knowledgeable, and caring! We just brought our puppy Diesel to Apple Valley, we called hoping to get in within a week but got us in the very same day which was AMAZING! The staff is very friendly and Dr. Scott was very sweet, all 3 of us felt very comfortable. They have a sassy cat on staff that everyone jokes about which is quite funny too!

I typically don’t write reviews, but after all the years of dedication by Dr. Jain and his team, I thought it was greatly deserved. My pets have been coming here for almost 10 years now, and the veterinary team has always given 110% in their care. I have had two cats that suffered chronic kidney disease, and the team did everything they could to prolong a good quality of life, especially in my 6 year old Mari. After her passing, they even took the time to send flowers and a card signed by the entire staff.

First time I’ve ever been to this clinic, I am officially switching vet clinics! Dr. Jain is amazing, he explained things in great detail to me, made sure my husky was comfortable and also gave me alternatives to treatment for her. The techs working under him…I can’t say enough good things about them, they were very attentive, respectful and also very compassionate. They made sure to assure me that Laska was going to be okay and that they would take good care of her and call me with any updates. Omg and Richard!!! I have been bringing my animals here since 2005. I love this clinic and the entire crew. They will go above and beyond for your pets and not overcharge you in the process. My cat has food allergies and when his regular food changed the recipe Jennifer went out of her way to help find a food that he can eat. I cannot thank her and this clinic enough for everything they have done for my family.
